Flu Shot Side Effects

One of the biggest myths about the flu vaccine is that it will make you sick, and while you wont get the flu, the shot may give you some side effects. The typical side effects are very minor; soreness at the site of injection, a sore arm for a day or two afterwards, some muscle ache or fatigue. The Food and Drug Administration lists side effects as mild fever, body aches and fatigue for a few days after the shot.
